Thank you for choosing Sunpura Energy. Orders for the United Kingdom are dispatched from our warehouse in Germany. We aim to provide reliable delivery, but please note that shipments to the UK are international cross-border shipments and may require additional transport handling and customs processing.
1. Shipping Coverage
We currently ship to customers in the United Kingdom.
Please note: Deliveries to islands, remote areas, or locations with limited freight access may require additional review, extended transit times, or extra charges.
2. Shipping Charges
Free shipping is currently available only for orders delivered within Germany.
Orders shipped to the United Kingdom are not eligible for free shipping at this time. Because these products may contain batteries or other transport-sensitive components, international shipping costs are significantly higher and must be calculated individually.
The applicable shipping charge will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on the delivery address, product type, weight, and shipping method.
The shipping amount shown at checkout is the shipping fee for your order.
3. Taxes, Customs and Import Charges
As the United Kingdom is outside the European Union customs territory, shipments to the UK may be subject to customs clearance, import VAT, customs duties, and carrier handling or clearance fees, depending on the goods, order value, and the applicable import procedure.
Unless explicitly stated at checkout, such charges are not included in the product price or standard shipping fee and, where applicable, may be collected by the carrier or customs authorities before delivery.
Please refer to the checkout page and any delivery notice from the carrier for the final payable amount, if applicable.
4. Order Processing Time
- Processing time: Orders are usually processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday).
- Cut-off time: Orders placed before 11:00 a.m. on a business day may be processed the same day.
- No shipping is processed on weekends or public holidays.
5. Estimated Delivery Time
Delivery times depend on the product category, carrier capacity, customs handling, and final destination within the UK.

Please note: Cross-border deliveries involving batteries, storage systems, oversized items, or freight forwarding may take longer due to transport safety requirements, customs processing, and local delivery arrangements.
6. Important Freight Delivery Information
For solar panels, storage systems, and complete sets shipped by freight carrier, the following conditions apply:
- Valid phone number required: Please provide a valid mobile number at checkout so the carrier can contact you to arrange delivery.
- Curbside delivery: Delivery is generally made to the curbside at the delivery address. The driver is not required to carry goods indoors or to upper floors.
- Recipient availability: Please ensure that an authorized person is available at the agreed delivery time.
7. Tracking
Once your order has left our warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, where available.
8. Transport Damage
Please inspect the goods as soon as reasonably possible upon delivery. If the packaging or goods appear damaged in transit, please note this with the carrier where possible and contact us promptly with clear photos of the damage.
